2 You will receive an Email response from us with an invitatio nto the next Meet-up at which you have the opportunity to informally meet care 4 kids and learn about the versatile possibilities as well as have your questions answered. We ask that you bring your complete Resume along. Should you be interested in pursuing an application to become a care 4 kids nanny we will provide you with our registration form.

3 After careful examination of your Resume, certificates and suitability we will invite you to a detailed personal introductory meeting. We will find out more about you, details regarding your childcare experience, languages, interests, languages, childcare-specific training and hobbies. We will note your availability and preferences. You will receive all relative information regarding current salary or wage recommendations, insurances, etc. We will train you in our quality standards and responsibilities .

4 After contacting all three of the provided references you should be accepted into our nanny pool. Now you are officially a care 4 kids nanny. For whatever model of work you prefer you should be ready for either regular or spontaneous assignments.

5 We contact you for possible employment opportunities which correspond to you, your avaialability and experience. We match you up with the optimal family.
