We offer two different employment models to our nannies – Referrals and Lending. In accordance to your schedule and availability as well as your personal preferences both employment models may be combined or individually implemented.

Referrals

Permanent employment in and through the family

Full- or Part-time Monthly- or Hourly Wage

This model refers to regular and long-term employment relationships defined between the nanny and her employing family. In this model the family is the employer.

Lending

Spontaneous or temporary Assignments
for Families, Hotels and Events
paid in an Hourly Wage

This model refers to ad-hoc, irregular or temporary Assignments and mostly one-time evening assignments. These assignments may take place in a private family, in a hotel or for an event. In this model care 4 kids is your employer.

We offer each Nanny individual advise and personal coaching and consider ourselves to be the connecting link between you and the family you work with. We personally dedicate ourselves so that:

• You are recommended to a suitable family
• You are employed under fair working conditions
• The lending assignments correspond to your preferences and capabilities
• You will be well prepared for your nanny assignments
• You may further your education through our internal training events
• You may count on our experience and support should you have an issue

We organize several educational evening events throughout the year addressing themes relating to childcare. The educational courses are taught by experts. This offers you the opportunity to enhance your proficiency skills and to exchange experience with other participants. We are happy to accept your wishes for a particular educational theme and integrate it when we plan our future events.

The training events cost a modest cost-carrying amount of
CHF 25.00; at the end of the evening you receive a Certificate of Attendance.
